Judith comments: In different lights a black animal can appear to have a myriad of colours in its coat and Apple was a prime example of this. The drawing of this rare breed Dexter cow was executed in watercolour and coloured pencil. Not only did I get to paint this beautiful little cow but I also got to milk her!
