I was commissioned by a client to paint a Hereford Bull to be hung in his dining room. There was no particular animal he had in mind so I set out and traced a pure bred animal called Victory to be my model.
Victory is a working Bull and a true example of his breed having sired many many offspring. He is not a pet but appears in this category by default. I chose acrylic as the medium which allowed me to capture the nuances of the colour and texture of his amazing coat.
