Returns Policy
Our aim at Judith Ingram Art is to have satisfied customers who are happy to use and recommend our web site and products.
To this end we offer the following returns policy:
Items Damaged on Receipt
We ship exclusively by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If in the unusual circumstances of an item being received in a damaged condition this should be brought to the immediate attention of the carrier and the item signed for as ‘Damaged’.
Please inform us immediately of any such problems that arise so that we may also take up your case with the carriers.
The item should be returned in its original packaging, using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or other reputable ‘signed for’ and ‘insured’ delivery service.
We will arrange for an immediate replacement to be sent and will refund the return shipping costs.
Dissatisfaction with Item Purchased
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, other than damage on receipt as above, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the problem.
If after having spoken with us you still wish to return an item the item should be returned in its original packaging, using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or other reputable ‘signed for’ and ‘insured’ delivery service.
It is important that such returned items are received at Judith Ingram Art undamaged and in a resalable condition. We therefore strongly advise the use of a ‘signed for’ and ‘insured’ delivery service.
If received undamaged in a resalable condition we will arrange for an immediate refund to be made for the cost of the returned item.
Original or return shipping costs are not subject to refund.
